Before remove a fixed size lamp harp,you need turn off the power at first .Then the steps are the same as removing the adjustable lamp harp. Still need carefully remove the bulb and take down the lamp finials .

Now the bulb and lamp holder all remove ,then we can go on remove the lamp harp. Not need do many things,just keep lamp harp balance.

Then the same step as remove adjustable lamp harp,open the base and the locks on both sides, squeeze it inward, and the two sides of the lamp harp will separate from the base, and then take it out.
